Refund policy

Returns
We want you to love your Mercer Made purchase. If you are not satisfied, we accept returns on unused, non-custom items within 30 days of delivery. Items must be in their original condition and packaging.

Custom & Personalized Items
Because custom and personalized products are made specifically for you, they are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will issue a refund to your original payment method. Please allow 3–5 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or card provider.

Exchanges
At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you’d like a different item, please return your original order (if eligible) and place a new order.

Shipping Costs

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or defective.

  • If your order was eligible for free shipping and a return causes your total to drop below the free shipping threshold, shipping charges may be deducted from your refund.

Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at mercermade.co@gmail.com, and we’ll make it right at no cost to you.

How to Start a Return
Email us at mercermade.co@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for the return. We’ll provide return instructions.
