Shipping policy

Processing Time
Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1–2 business days after purchase. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will ship the next business day.

Shipping Rates

• Flat Rate Shipping: $10 on all U.S. orders.

• Free Shipping: Orders of $35 or more qualify for free standard shipping within the U.S.

Shipping Carriers
We ship via trusted carriers such as USPS, UPS, or FedEx. A tracking number will be provided once your order has shipped.

Delivery Times

• Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days (depending on your location).

• Please note: delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Carrier delays are outside of our control.

Custom & Personalized Orders
Custom orders may require additional processing time before shipping. We will provide an estimated delivery window when confirming your order.

Damaged or Lost Packages
If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive, please contact us within 7 days of the delivery date (or expected delivery date) at mercermade.co@gmail.com. We will work with you to resolve the issue.
